Iranian protester to Israeli influencer: Don’t negotiate, just kill Khamenei
Iranians critical of the regime do not support the current negotiations between the United States and Tehran, an Iranian dissident claimed last week, calling on the Trump administration to assassinate Iran’s supreme leader. On Thursday, Israeli influencer Max Veifer uploaded a brief interview with an Iranian woman who was injured recently while taking part in an anti-regime protest. The woman, whose identity was not revealed, said that most Iranians are opposed to American efforts to reach a diplomatic solution with the Iranian government. “Our people are afraid that Trump wants to speak to the regime,” she said. “We don’t want that. We want [them] coming and killing Khamenei.” While the footage of the woman was blurred to conceal her identity, Veifer noted that her face was severely bruised, which she said was the result of pro-regime security forces “kicking my face.” The protester claimed that the regime is no longer killing dissidents “in the streets,” but added that detained protesters are being executed, and accused pro-regime forces of killing wounded protesters being treated in hospitals. “They came to the hospital and kill [sic] many people in the hospital,” she said. When asked how Israel can help the protest movement, the woman called on Israelis to “be our voice in the world and support Persian people.” PHOTO: Use according to Section 27 A
